As you in this forum know, part of our work this year has been revamping our support model to provide better and more sustainable customer service to the LiveWhale community. So far we think it’s going great! (If you disagree please let us know, of course.)
We’re excited to be growing our support team with a new Junior Support Technician role. This person will be a new friendly face in the forum and will assist Rachael and our team with responses to the Help Request form and personalized email support.
We see it as a great early-career role for someone familiar with HTML/CSS/JS looking to grow their skills in both tech and customer service. We don’t see it a developer position first and foremost — and we have no intention of luring any of you away from your current jobs. But if you know of any graduated student workers or recent alums at your universities who may be a good fit for the job, please encourage them to apply! (If your school uses Handshake, we may have posted the position there already.)
