Apologies if this is documented somewhere that I am not finding, but can you please confirm the refresh rate for widgets? Looking to confirm if event details get updated 15 minutes or less?

Sure thing! Happy to elaborate on the LiveWhale cache for you.
Most requests for things like pages, API, etc. have a 5-minute timeout. Underneath that, speaking specifically to your widget question (and things like API results), those are cached until the results change. Meaning, when a change is made to an event, (like updating the event details) or some other content that is pulled into a widget, the widget cache should clear on its own—usually immediately.
Sometimes it can take a little longer due to syncing between nodes or the cache not recognizing that the content was updated right away. But generally speaking, changes like what you describe that include editing the event details might take ~60sec to sync between web nodes.
