We’re preparing to renew our SSL certificate for our calendar site and are looking for the recommended process.
I apologize if this has already been addressed, but we searched the documentation and support forum and couldn’t find the instructions. Is there documentation available for updating an existing SSL certificate? If not, could someone outline the recommended steps?

Generally we reach out proactively ~2 weeks before renewal if there are any steps you need to take for an SSL renewal. If you’re using our AWS-provided certs, no action should be needed (those auto-renew) and if you’re manually providing a cert key/chain/bundle, we’ll reach out about the update or you can feel free to get in touch with us via the Request Help Form.
