Agreed. I added a content layout with a starter table and nothing else in it just as a way for users to insert a table with all of the preferred defaults already set.
Agreed, assuming it is clearly shown visually or explained by the UI (by CMS or by client).
I edit in the <th> for each table I add, but that’s just me.
