Last spring we announced the July 2024 revamp of our support model, and I know July 1, 2025 is a renewal or switchover date for a number of folks, so we’re pleased to offer this informal refresher on the various places and ways to get help with LiveWhale. We’ll talk about the differences between Basic Online Support and Personalized Email Support, and chat through questions like “How can I get help with ______?” and “What should I do when ________ happens?”
