Our staff with curator role used to be able to see the “With checked items” drop-down menu under the Your Images sub tab under Images tab from the LiveWhale Calendar dashboard.
Now, it’s just a Go button. Image above.
I located the Images, Galleries, Collections documentation and it states the Image Collections manager has the drop-down menu.
If that’s the case, which role should that be? The only role above “Curator” is “Admin” unfortunately (in our case).

Hmmm—it looks like you’ve found a little bug here. We were able to replicate this same behavior on our test installation and see exactly what you mean.
Looking at the code behind that it should be that they just need to be an editor for the dropdown to show and be able to use that for collections.
We’ve got this filed with the team to be addressed and you can be on the lookout for that in an upcoming version of LiveWhale.
