My research seems to indicate you can’t have more than on image in an event. Can anyone confirm this is true? If not, where’s the documentation for using multiple images?
You can add multiple images to events. The documentation may not be very explicit, but it does say, “Under the section labeled “Images” you may attach images to this event” (emphasis mine). It also discusses how to choose which image to use as the thumbnail.
All images you add to the event will display as a slideshow that can be viewed by clicking the main image on the event details view.
Of course you can also add images into the event description wysiwyg field if you don’t want them in a slideshow format.
Hi Rob,
Yes, you certainly can have multiple images! (Thanks Jon for jumping in too!)
When multiples are chose the 1st appears as a thumbnail (unless you check another Use as Thumbnail) and the full list appears as a slideshow using the global theme’s default slideshow on event details.
I know Jon mentioned one doc there and I think this one specifically from our Calendar Onboarding might be particularly useful in this situation with some more examples: Adding Events to LiveWhale Calendar - LiveWhale Support
Hope that helps! Thanks,
Rachael
Thanks everyone! I appreciate the swift assistance and correction.
