I have noticed that other list items are showing up on our sidebar that are not included in the Today’s Facts managed from our toolbox. Any idea where these are coming from and how to modify? Thank you.

Hmm—I think only items included in your Toolbox > Today Facts for that date should show up there, unless I’m missing something?
Mostly what you’ll see as boilerplate ones are from the original install (and I’m making a note because uhhhh July 31 definitely has something I wouldn’t include now for our future new installs! Thanks for the heads up there! 
). I’ll also make a note to remove the defunct eduwebconference link and that random “This is LiveWhale Calendar” link (which appears on just a couple days) from new installs, thanks for the heads up there.

What is so odd is that the only events in the Today Facts in toolbox are the birthdays. The Eduweb conference and this is LiveWhale Calendar are not listed in there. I thought maybe these were pulling from a template file somewhere but can’t seem to find it. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but the only thing I can see is 365 events, one birthday for each day.

If you edit July 31, I think you should see what your screenshot shows? And you can edit/delete anything you like from there? Let me know if that’s not what you’re seeing.
