Sure thing! From a quick look at the Ellucian docs, probably the out-of-the-box /live/rss/events feed from LiveWhale Calendar would work fine. If you give that a try and it’s not mapping over all the fields as you’d hoped, you can check out our instructions for updating the RSS formatting to more closely match what they’re looking for. Hi, I’ve got perhaps a similar question. We have an ical feed for a calendar that is using a Host Organization(s) datapoint that we’d like to display, but it does not appear in LW, and I’m not sure how to begin working on a solution. Is there a tool available to see the parsed ical data, and then potentially map that field to allow it to output in LW?

Sure thing! There’s not currently a UI interface for this, but it’s a common activity using a custom module with an onBeforeSync handler. That would let you take the X-HOSTS value coming from your 3rd party feed and mapping it to an existing feed (the end of DESCRIPTION, say) or to a custom LiveWhale field if you preferred. You could take a stab at building it in-house if you have developer capacity, or it’s something our team could be contracted with to build out for you. Hope this helps!
