Internal documentation for calendar governance?

Hi friends!

We have a question from a new client that I think might be good to ask here.

I wanted to ask a quick question on the side because I know what could be our biggest pain point and I would like to get ahead of it if I can. Do you have any other university contacts that have already implemented a common calendar and along with it, developed their internal governance documentation and might be willing to share that documentation?

If anyone has an example of internal governance docs that you’d be willing to share, please let me know! I can also share my client’s contact if you’d rather respond directly.

Similar to Beloit College, we have User Guides if helpful, User Guide | Calendar of Events | The University of Chicago.
