Including past events in a widget

I had an editor reach out to me and ask if there was a way to create a widget of past events for their website. Is this possible?

Yep! You can use an existing saved widget and add &start_date=01-01-2023 – more examples of this kind of thing are here: (LiveWhale Docs | Widget Arguments & Examples)

You can also use relative dates like &start_date=-1 year for the last year of events.

Or, you can create a new saved widget and do the same thing in the “Date” field of the widget editor. Hope this helps!
