Hi! I have one event being imported from EMS that is appearing in LWC with all information/details except for the image. The desired image file was uploaded by a user in EMS, and they followed the correct process for tagging the image correctly in EMS (as an “Advertising” attatchment) for it to be displayed in LWC. I can’t figure out why it’s not displaying in LWC; the image file is a 380KB PNG file, and many similar image files (including from the same EMS user) are displaying as expected. Do any other EMS-integrated LWC users have advice on what else might be wrong with the image file that would cause it to not appear?

Thanks for reporting this – sorry to say we haven’t (to my knowledge) rolled out to any other EMS schools who are using EMS Images in the same way. Once we get you upgraded to LWC3+, we’ll have moved the associated EMS code into a Supported Integration, but for the time being it remains client-specific code in livewhale/client. Happy to go hands-on and check out the example event/image in question if you want to submit it to the Request Help Form. Thanks!
