Events not consistently displaying on the front end after software update on dev

I updated our dev environment to Version: 2.20.0, Build: 5.19.25.9.43-experimental and pulled in the latest data from live and everything looked good in testing except for one event which was not pulling in the event view template - test event 2 | Web Services Test Calendar Events | Georgetown University compared to test event 2 | Web Services Test Calendar Events | Georgetown University

I thought it might be because that one has an rsvp form so I copied one of the working events with a registration form that expired and reenabled it but that one works fine - Register: Test Event with media in it (a giant photo of a cat because that is how we vibe) | Web Services Test Calendar Events | Georgetown University

I then started removing all the fields in a copy of the bad event and nothing fixes it: test event 2 (manual copy) | Web Services Test Calendar Events | Georgetown University

Can you see any errors on your end?

Hi Emma,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We found a small bug with the start/end date calculations that was manifesting itself in this edge case. We’ve patched a fix to your dev calendar, so if you pull from prod the fix should remain intact.

(As a side note, when we begin LiveWhale 3 upgrades later this year, we plan to move everyone who’s been using the -experimental build into the main track to avoid potential code or bug differences based on that. It’s not anything you need to worry about, but just as an FYI. There are a handful of LiveWhale sites using certain beta or pre-release features that we launched using that “experimental” release track, but all those features will be included in LW3 anyways.)

Thanks,
Karl
