I am wondering if anyone has had this issue and if yes, how did you resolve it? We had several users report today that when accessing our calendar and attempting to change the view from day or week to month, the calendar just grays out and freezes and if they try to refresh the screen, they receive a bad request notice.
Hi Karie,
Thanks for letting us know what you’re seeing here. This is something that’s come up recently and we’ve been investigating.
It would be helpful to get more examples of the actual headers being sent. If you (or others who might be checking and are seeing this issue too) could check the Webmasters Tools when it happens, that’d be useful for our team to see as we troubleshoot.
If you can get a hold of someone’s browser (or have a sufficiently tech-savvy colleague) when they are experiencing an error like this, going into the Web Inspector > Network Tab > finding the failed request > and copying/pasting the complete "Request Headers " section to us, that should help us identify what is causing the flood of data being sent to the website and triggering the failed response.
Headers can be sent for multiple reasons, including (non-LW) cookies saved on the same top-level domain, but we’re trying to get those examples in hand to continue investigating.
Let us know if you (or anyone else) is able to grab that info the next time it happens. We’re hopeful that with a bit more info, we can get to the bottom of this and devise a fix for folks seeing this. We’ll keep an eye on this thread too for any updates. Thanks!
Rachael
Hi Rachael. I was able to get this information for a user having the issue today. Does this help at all?
Hi Karie,
We’ll take a closer look at this and see—Thanks for grabbing this info!
