Last night’s auto-update to Version: 2.20.0, Build: 4.25.25.12.28-experimental seems to have removed all upcoming events from all our calendars on the development site. Everything was definitely fine last Friday as and I synched the live database earlier last week.
Events are not displaying on the front end, or in the manage events list of upcoming events. I can see past events in the manage events view though and events that have been suggested but not accepted. When I download the upcoming events, the data is there and if I view individual events on the front end I can see them.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This was a little (but obviously impactful!) bug affecting the upgrade step for a small number of LiveWhale dev sites. (Behind the scenes: some upgrade step numbering got off, causing an important optimization to fail to run for some sites, which then meant the database structure didn’t match what the latest core code was expecting.)
We’ve developed a fix and are patching it to the affected servers. You should notice events showing up shortly, and if anyone else has any questions or finds anything amiss when testing 2.20.0, don’t hesitate to report it! Thanks,
