Is there a way for someone outside of event admins to go back and edit an event after they’ve already submitted it through the form, and if so, does making that edit send the event back into the pending/review queue for re-approval? Trying to figure out if this is an option since our users are used to that kind of workflow from another system.

Thanks for writing – we don’t have this functionality out of the box, no. We’ve built some similar customizations over the years? But ultimately we’ve so far landed on, once an event gets submitted, any other communications or updates would happen “offline” (i.e., via email, or otherwise). That way we keep the normal LiveWhale Calendar Managers as the distinction for “folks who you want to be able to get in and make edits to events.” Hope this helps!
